89pkr Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the 89pkr platform, accessible at https://89pkr.bet, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein ("Services"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on 89pkr, you ("Member", "Player", "You") unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 89pkr platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Services following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

This Agreement is entered into between you and 89pkr ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). 89pkr operates under an internationally recognized gaming license. All rights and obligations described herein are subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which that license is issued.

To register and maintain an active account with 89pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 89pkr strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will suspend any account where the Member is found to be under this age, regardless of the jurisdiction in which the Member resides.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not hold, and have never previously held, another 89pkr account that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 89pkr or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or as a result of problem gambling behaviour.

89pkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with 89pkr. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

89pkr accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Account sharing — permitting another person to access and use your account — is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

89pkr is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification checks on all registered Members. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC, may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Upon account registration
• Upon making a withdrawal request
• When cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds
• Whenever 89pkr has reasonable grounds to verify identity or source of funds

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), a valid passport, a bank statement not older than three months, and a utility bill issued within the last three months. 89pkr may request additional documentation at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. 89pkr is not liable for any delays or losses incurred by a Member as a result of that Member's failure to submit the required documentation in a timely manner.

89pkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your 89pkr account balance.
• Deposit fees: 89pkr does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 89pkr accepts no responsibility.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your 89pkr balance within the expected processing time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

89pkr reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the deposit is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawal requests from 89pkr accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Verified accounts can expect same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals submitted before 6:00 PM PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three (1–3) business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if the account is under review for security, KYC compliance, or bonus abuse investigation.
• If a bonus was credited to the account, the associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.

89pkr offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions tied to PSL, ICC World Cup, and Asia Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified 89pkr Members only. 89pkr reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and are used after the real-money balance is exhausted, unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 89pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering commitment already undertaken by a Member will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements without genuine play, or use of restricted betting patterns — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All casino games available on the 89pkr platform — including live dealer games, video slots, table games, and virtual sports — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

Sports betting at 89pkr, including cricket betting on PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, and all other covered events, is governed by 89pkr's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of this Agreement by reference. Key general betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 89pkr does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where an error on the part of 89pkr has occurred.
• 89pkr reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error is identified, where the outcome has been or is suspected to have been corrupted or fixed, or where the event is cancelled before the market's settlement criteria are met.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to slight delay in acceptance due to data feed processing. 89pkr is not liable for bets placed on stale or incorrect in-play odds resulting from technical delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface. 89pkr reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its discretion.

All random number generators (RNGs) used in 89pkr's casino games are independently certified for fairness. Game outcomes are generated by certified RNG systems and cannot be influenced by 89pkr, game providers, or players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 89pkr account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games or sports betting pools.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in 89pkr's platform, games, or pricing systems. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to obscure the origins of funds deposited or withdrawn through 89pkr.
• Engaging in any form of systematic arbitrage or "bonus hunting" strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine recreational play intent.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where it is your sole responsibility to be aware of such prohibitions.

89pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and policies to support players in managing their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 89pkr Members from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing that display how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 89pkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from 89pkr.

89pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited activity.
• A chargeback being filed against a deposit made to the account.
• An active self-exclusion request made by the Member.
• Receipt of a court order, regulator directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 89pkr will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the Member within a reasonable timeframe. If suspension results from a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 89pkr's discretion.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact the 89pkr support team via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method.

All content appearing on the 89pkr platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 89pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 89pkr platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 89pkr content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any 89pkr software or game.
• Use the 89pkr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply affiliation without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89pkr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 89pkr platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any matter beyond 89pkr's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party payment processing failures.

89pkr's aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

89pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

89pkr will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by law, by the terms of our gaming licence, or where necessary to process payments and conduct identity verification through authorised third-party service providers. This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the 89pkr platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89pkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Members may submit a formal written complaint to 89pkr. 89pkr will acknowledge the complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final response within twenty-eight (28) days.

89pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 89pkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via the platform, email, or both. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 89pkr platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
